On seeing a wedding at the Rev'd Mr. Com--; on Monday last,
when the good woman's apron gave large testimonies that
connubial liberties had been taken, and the ill natur'd
croud laugh'd the poor fellow out of the countenance.
Make way for Hymen with his lights,
And let the Priest perform the rites
As previous to the sweet delight,
  Of Venus.
But see-my muse the brides large waste,
Declares they've had a bitt to taste,
Love thus began must surely last
  Between us.
